How long will it take to receive my order?


Delivery times vary depending on the product type. Ready to ship plushies typically arrive within 9 to 19 business days. Made to order items range from 16 to 54 business days depending on complexity. Print on demand apparel typically arrives within 7 to 21 business days. All orders include a tracking number. What is the return policy?


We accept returns, replacements, and refunds on most (Except handmade and made to order items please read our return and refund policy) plush toy orders within 30 days of delivery. Tshirts, hoodies and apparel items are not eligible for return or exchange unless it arrives damaged or defective. Please visit our Refund and Return Policy for full details.

Where do your products ship from?

All plush toys and fan-inspired products are shipped from China via our international logistics partners. Tshirt, hoodies and other apparel item ships from our local fulfillment partner's facility closest to your location. Are your plush toys officially licensed products?

No. Our plush toys are independently created, handmade, fan-inspired works. They are not licensed, authorized, endorsed, or affiliated with any official franchise, studio, or rights holder. What is a made to order product?

Made to order means your item is crafted specifically after you place your order. It is not sitting in a warehouse ready to ship. This allows us to offer unique, handmade pieces but does require additional handling time before dispatch. The handling time for each product is clearly listed on its product page. Do all orders include tracking?

Yes. All orders come with a tracking number which will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your order anytime using our order tracking page. If you do not receive your tracking details within your expected handling window please contact us at info@aprasi.com or through our contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?
