No further compensation will be provided in such circumstances.

Handmade items in particular may feature slight variations from item to item, which is a natural characteristic of handcrafted goods and does not constitute a defect.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and converted to your local currency at checkout based on current exchange rates. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

We accept payment via Shopify Payments and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and dispatched.

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical fault, or any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order regardless of whether it has been confirmed or payment has been processed. In such cases, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Aprasi is not obligated to fulfill an order at an incorrect price.

5. Orders and cancellations

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at info@aprasi.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our Refund and Return Policy.

8. Intellectual property and fan-inspired products

All original content on this website, including but not limited to text, photography, graphics, logos, and store design, is the property of Aprasi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Regarding our fan-inspired and handmade plush products, Aprasi creates and sells independently designed, handcrafted plush toys and related items that are inspired by characters, themes, and aesthetics from various popular media franchises, including but not limited to anime, video games, television series, and internet culture.

Aprasi expressly acknowledges and declares the following:

We do not own, claim ownership of, or assert any rights to any third party intellectual property, trademarks, characters, or copyrighted material belonging to any franchise, studio, publisher, developer, or rights holder that may have inspired our designs.

Our products are independently created, handmade, transformative works. They are not licensed, authorized, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with any official franchise, rights holder, or manufacturer.

Our products are original handmade creations produced by independent artists and makers. No product sold by Aprasi is represented as an official licensed product.

Aprasi operates in good faith as a creator of fan-inspired handmade goods, a practice that exists within a long tradition of independent fan artistry and craftsmanship. We respect the intellectual property of all rights holders and do not intend to infringe upon or misrepresent the source of any inspiration.

If you are a rights holder and have a concern regarding any product listed on our store, we invite you to contact us directly at info@aprasi.com before pursuing any legal action. We are committed to addressing all legitimate intellectual property concerns promptly and in good faith.

By purchasing any fan-inspired product from Aprasi, the customer acknowledges that the item is an independently made, fan-inspired creation and not an officially licensed product.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aprasi's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or any order placed with us shall not exceed the total value of the order giving rise to the claim.

Aprasi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We are not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs processing, carrier delays, natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable Australian consumer law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.

14. EU product safety and representative

For customers purchasing from the European Union or Northern Ireland, the following information applies in accordance with EU product safety regulations and applicable consumer protection directives.

Print on demand apparel products sold by Aprasi that are manufactured by Comfort Colors (style 1717) are made in Honduras and carry a 2 year warranty in the EU and Northern Ireland as per Directive 1999/44/EC.
