Three pirates, one shotgun, and a rubber fist walk into a Fortnite lobby. Only one of them walks out with the win. Update 43.00 dropped the Treasure Hunters mini-season on November 1, and it crammed in more new gear than most full seasons manage. This Fortnite One Piece items ranked list covers every weapon, Devil Fruit, healing item, and utility tool, sorted from "why did I pick this up" to "put it in my inventory right now." You will learn which items deserve your slots, which ones fall apart past 100 meters, and which Devil Fruit rules change in competitive play.

⚡ Quick Answer

Usopp's Slingshot is the best of Fortnite's One Piece items, with Zoro's Three Sword Style and the Gum-Gum and Flame-Flame Devil Fruits close behind. The Sentinel Pump Shotgun and Nami's Tangerines round out the top tier, while the SMGs, Bundlebuss and Sidearm Pistol sit at the bottom.

How Are Fortnite's One Piece Items Ranked?

I ranked every item on four things: raw damage, how well it works at range, how much skill it asks for, and whether it holds up in competitive play. Numbers come from testing by players in the first days of the season, so expect small shifts as Epic patches things. A gun that looks great in a bush against bots can look very different when someone is box-fighting you in Gold lobbies.

📊 Key Stat: Usopp's Slingshot hits for 77 on a Green body shot with a 1.8x headshot multiplier, and the Mythic version reaches 198 on a headshot.

Which Fortnite One Piece Items Are Worst to Best?

16. Machine SMG and Tactical SMG

Both SMGs are fine up close and fall apart once the fight stretches out. Damage falloff is steep, and in a season packed with shotguns and mythics, an SMG rarely earns a slot. Pick one up only if your inventory is empty and the fight is across a doorway.

15. Bundlebuss Repeater Rifle

The Bundlebuss fires at a rate of 8.5, but its headshot multiplier is 1.4x, below the standard 1.5x. At 100 meters it deals only 17 damage per shot. It feels fun for about one fight and then you swap it for something better.

14. Hammer Assault Rifle

The Hammer beats the Bundlebuss at range, dealing 27 per shot at 100 meters from a 20-round magazine. It is a reliable mid-range option and a decent close-quarters backup. It also never makes anyone scream with excitement.

13. Sidearm Pistol

A 2x headshot multiplier gives the Sidearm a high skill ceiling. If your aim is clean, it punishes mistakes. If your aim is, say, mine at 2 a.m., it is a very slow way to lose.

12. Flint-Knock Pistol

The Flint-Knock has a neat trick: shooting it gives you fall damage immunity, which turns a pistol into a mobility tool. I have not confirmed whether your target gets the same protection, so treat that part as unverified. It is clever, but the damage keeps it out of the top half.

11. Auto Shotgun

A Gold Auto Shotgun lands 103 on a body shot. Its pull-out time was a real problem at launch, but a hotfix made it much faster, so it has climbed out of the basement. It is a solid close-range pick, not an exciting one.

10. Healing Items: Meat on a Stick, Fish, and Chug Jug

Meat on a Stick restores 40 HP, which makes it a dependable mid-fight heal. Rift Fish and Stingfish add variety, and the Chug Jug still does its usual job. They are useful but forgettable, so they land in the middle of the pack.

9. Explosive Cannonballs

At 80 damage each, Explosive Cannonballs are great for breaking up a defensive box. They are situational, but when the situation arrives, nothing else cracks a build quite as cleanly.

8. Skyline Deployer, Overdrive Grenades, and Vault Keys

These utility items shine in the right hands. The Skyline Deployer opens up traversal, Overdrive Grenades add pressure in box fights, and Vault Keys matter for map control. None of them wins a fight alone, but good players chain them together.

7. Gilded Dragoon Shotgun

The Gilded Dragoon is a single-shot hard hitter. Green rarity starts at 142 on a body shot and Gold climbs to 164. That is huge damage, but you get one shot and then a long reload, so a miss is expensive.

6. Sentinel Pump Shotgun

The Sentinel is the most argued-about item of the season. Its structure damage is so high that it breaks the usual box-fighting rhythm, and players are split on whether that is good design. For me, it is powerful and annoying in equal measure.

⚠️ Important: Epic has already hotfixed some weapons since launch. Expect numbers to change, especially for shotguns.

5. Nami's Tangerines

Think of them as minis without the 50 shield cap, which also restore a little health at the same time. They give a velocity bonus while swimming, and you can find them in the fruit boxes around the map. They are small, cheap, and quietly excellent.

4. A$AP Rocky's Shock Rocket

You get this one by beating the A$AP Rocky boss on the warship. It is a traversal rocket with real damage scaling, and it has tournament-level potential. The boss fight is the price of admission, but the payoff is worth it.

3. Gum-Gum Fruit and Flame-Flame Fruit

These Devil Fruit mythics give extreme mobility and heavy structure destruction. In public matches they are ridiculous fun. In competitive modes they are restricted, which is why they sit third and not first. They also come with the lore-accurate catch that stepping into water hurts you while one is equipped.

2. Zoro's Three Sword Style

Zoro's swords double as a movement tool and a close-range rushdown weapon. Going downhill, sprint until the swords sit in position, then hit the main attack to fly, slide, and repeat. On flat ground, press jump and attack together. It is easy to spam, which is exactly why lobbies are full of people spinning at each other.

💡 Pro Tip: Save Zoro's sprint-slide combo for downhill terrain. You cover far more ground per swing than on flat land.

1. Usopp's Slingshot

Number one, and it is not close. A Green body shot does 77 with a 1.8x headshot multiplier, and the Mythic variant hits 198 on a headshot. Sit in a bush or a surge base, hold the shot, and a landed hit is roughly an 80-damage punch. It rewards patience, and it works in both pubs and tournaments.

What Did It Actually Feel Like to Play the One Piece Season?

In my first few matches of Treasure Hunters, I tried to play every new item like a loyal fan and lost badly. I ran the Sentinel because it looked fun, then switched to Zoro's swords and chased people downhill like a lunatic. What I noticed is that the season rewards commitment. Players who picked one mythic and built around it beat players who carried a bit of everything. That is why the slingshot and the swords rank so high for me. They give you a plan, not just damage.

What Is Still Coming to Fortnite's One Piece Season?

Epic is staggering the rest of the content, so this ranking will keep moving. Here is the schedule so far:

Date What Arrives
November 5, 2026 A$AP Rocky skin in the Item Shop
November 7, 2026 Zoro and Sanji skins, plus Cursed Sprites
November 12, 2026 Gold Sprites with patch 43.10
November 13, 2026 Buggy skin

Gold bars are also vaulted this season. Follower services are now free and vending machines are gone, so plan your utility pickups around chests and boxes instead.

Frequently Asked Questions

When did the One Piece season start in Fortnite?

The One Piece collaboration arrived on November 1, 2026 with update 43.00. It runs as the Treasure Hunters mini-season, which adds new weapons, Devil Fruit mythics, the Sprite system, and new points of interest. The season is scheduled to wrap in early December 2026.

What are the best weapons in Fortnite's One Piece season?

Usopp's Slingshot ranks first for its headshot damage, followed by Zoro's Three Sword Style and the Gum-Gum and Flame-Flame Devil Fruits. The Sentinel Pump Shotgun is also strong, especially against builds, though many players find its structure damage divisive.

What happens if you touch water with a Devil Fruit?

Following One Piece lore, stepping into water while a Devil Fruit is equipped makes you take damage. Casual players have complained about it, so plan your routes around rivers and the coast, or swap to another item before you swim.

Can you use Devil Fruits in competitive Fortnite?

Devil Fruits work in public matches, but competitive modes restrict them because their mobility and structure destruction are so strong. That split is why players are excited about them in pubs and frustrated about balance in tournament settings.

Why can't I find gold bars or vending machines?

Update 43.00 vaulted gold bars and removed vending machines as part of a major economy change. Follower services are now free, so you no longer need to pay for them. Look to chests, boxes, and bosses for your gear instead.

So What Should You Pick Up First?

Grab Usopp's Slingshot if you see it, learn Zoro's movement, and treat the Devil Fruits as a pub-only party trick. Keep a few Tangerines for the water and a Sentinel for when someone hides in a box. Leave the SMGs on the floor. Epic will keep patching this season, so I will revisit the list as numbers move.
