At Aprasi, safeguarding your payment information is a top priority. All payment processing is handled entirely by our trusted third party payment providers. We do not store, access, or retain any customer payment card data on our systems at any point.

How your payment is processed

All card payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments. PayPal payments are processed directly through PayPal. Neither Aprasi nor any member of our team ever sees, handles, or stores your full card number, CVV, or banking details. Your payment data goes directly to the payment processor and never passes through our systems.

Both Shopify Payments and PayPal are PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, which is the highest level of payment security certification available.

Secure checkout

All pages on aprasi.com, including checkout, are protected by SSL encryption. You will always see the padlock icon in your browser address bar when shopping with us, confirming your connection is secure and your data is transmitted safely.

Fraud prevention

We use automated fraud detection tools provided by Shopify to protect both our customers and our business. In some cases orders may be subject to additional verification before processing. If your order is flagged for verification we will contact you by email promptly.

Currency

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and converted to your local currency at checkout based on current exchange rates. Your bank or card provider may apply their own currency conversion fees which are outside our control.

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to amend or update this Payment and Security page as necessary. Any changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
