At Aprasi, we are committed to transparent and accurate shipping information. All orders are shipped from China via our trusted fulfillment partners.

Order cut-off time

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00pm Perth Time (AWST, UTC+8) will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm or on weekends and public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

All orders ship from China

All Aprasi products, including plush toys and fan-inspired handmade items, are fulfilled and shipped directly from China via our international logistics partners. Print on demand apparel(Tshirts, hoodies and sweatshirts) is fulfilled separately and ships from a print facility closest to your location.

Delivery times by product type

All orders include free shipping. Delivery times vary depending on the product type. Please check the individual product page for the handling time that applies to your order.

Ready to dispatch items

In-stock plush toys ready to ship immediately after your order is confirmed.
Handling time: 1 to 7 business days
Shipping time: 8 to 12 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery: 9 to 19 business days

Made to order items (2 weeks)

Crafted after your order is placed, requiring additional preparation time.
Handling time: 8 to 14 business days
Shipping time: 8 to 12 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery: 16 to 26 business days

Made to order items (2 to 3 weeks)

More detailed handmade work requiring a longer preparation period.
Handling time: 14 to 21 business days
Shipping time: 8 to 12 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery: 22 to 33 business days

Made to order items (3 to 6 weeks)

Our most detailed handmade and custom pieces requiring the longest preparation time.
Handling time: 21 to 42 business days

Print on demand apparel

T-shirts, sweatshirts, and other apparel printed to order and fulfilled from a facility near your location.
Handling time: 2 to 7 business days
Shipping time: 5 to 14 business days after dispatch
Total estimated delivery: 7 to 21 business days

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping carriers

We ship internationally using the following carriers depending on your location and order type: YunExpress, Yanwen, Sunyou, Cainiao, Shipveho, China Post, and SDH SCM. The carrier assigned to your order will be confirmed in your shipping notification email.

Order tracking

All orders include a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive this email within your expected handling window, please contact us at info@aprasi.com or through our contact page.

Free shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No minimum order value is required.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Aprasi does not charge any additional taxes at checkout. However, international shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are outside our control and are the sole responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order. Aprasi is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

Failed delivery

If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer, such as providing an incorrect shipping address, being unavailable to receive the package, or refusing delivery without a valid reason, the package may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense. Any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

Change of delivery address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@aprasi.com or call us at +61 401 667 030. Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to redirect it.

Order cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at info@aprasi.com as soon as possible with your order number. If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible and you will need to follow our return and refund process upon receiving the item.

Receipt of your order

Please inspect your package and its contents carefully upon receipt. If you notice any damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. Refer to our Refund and Return Policy for full details on how to proceed.

Delayed deliveries

While we always aim to meet the estimated delivery windows, delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@aprasi.com and we will investigate on your behalf.

Public holidays and weekends

We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during these periods will be processed on the next available business day.
