Return and Refund policy

At Aprasi, we want you to love what you ordered. Please read this policy carefully as it varies depending on the type of product you purchased.
Plush toys (including handmade and fan-inspired plushies)
We accept returns, replacements, and refunds on all plush toy orders, including our handmade and fan-inspired designs, subject to the conditions below.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and initiate a return or refund request. Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be accepted.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will assess each case individually and arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or ordering the wrong product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
Our handmade and fan-inspired plush toys are crafted with care and are independent, handmade creations. They are not mass-produced and each piece may have slight variations, which is part of their handmade character and not considered a defect.
Print on demand: t-shirts, sweatshirts, and apparel
All print on demand apparel items are made specifically for you when you place your order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on apparel unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described.
If your apparel item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. Replacements are issued for the same item only. We do not offer size exchanges on print on demand items, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
How to initiate a return or refund

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@aprasi.com and we will investigate.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Print on demand apparel including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and related items
- Items returned without prior approval
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Fan-inspired and handmade products disclaimer
Our fan-inspired plush toys are independent, handmade creations made by artists and small makers. They are not mass-produced, not authorized, and not affiliated with or endorsed by any official franchise, studio, or rights holder. All fan-inspired designs are transformative, handcrafted works created out of appreciation for various fandoms.
